公寓位于利兹市中心，是众多利兹大学、利兹城市大学、利兹城市学院和利兹艺术学院学生的理想选择。The Plaza公寓公寓内部有取款机和一个小商店，马路对面就是一家超级市场。因为靠近市中心，所以生活相当便利。公寓对面就是著名的可以容纳13500人的利兹竞技场（Leeds Arena）。利兹最好的两个现场音乐场所——O2 Academy 和 First Direct Arena——距离 The Plaza 仅有几分钟的步行路程。从这里到市中心仅需 10 分钟，购物、餐饮和娱乐场所应有尽有。

【房型及设施】

The Plaza学生公寓提供了不同大小的独立卫浴和和单人套间的房型选择，独立卫浴房型大多是4-6人一个公寓，公用厨房。公寓提供健身房，还设有免费的台球桌和乒乓球桌，以及带舒适沙发的电影室。租金包含水、电、取暖、宽带费用和个人财物保险，无隐藏费用。
